Kasly is a platform that provides the payment and delivery infrastructure for independent sellers ("the Seller") to offer digital products — courses, downloadable files, members areas, and similar content — to buyers ("the Buyer" or "you") through their own checkout.
Kasly processes payment through Stripe, on behalf of and for the account of the Seller, and takes care of granting you access to the product once payment is confirmed. Kasly does not create, write, or control the content of the products sold through the platform: that is the sole responsibility of each Seller.
By confirming a purchase through a Kasly checkout, you declare that you have read and accept these Terms of Purchase and Sale, as well as Kasly's Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of these points, you should not complete the purchase.
Products sold through Kasly are digital in nature. Unless the Seller states otherwise on the product page, access is delivered immediately and automatically as soon as payment is confirmed — by email, direct download, or access to a members area, depending on the product.
The description, price, and features of the product are defined by the Seller. If something doesn't match what you received, the first step is to contact the Seller through the contact details listed on the product page or in your confirmation email.
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout before confirming the purchase, and include applicable taxes where relevant. Payment is processed through Stripe; Kasly does not store your full card details.
If you buy as a consumer from the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days afterward, with no need to justify the reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise it, write to us at support@kasly.digital within that period, stating your purchase code and that you wish to withdraw. You don't need to justify the reason, but you do need to notify us in writing within the 14 days.
Outside that period, any refund request is evaluated case by case, according to the Seller's own policy and the circumstances of the purchase.
Kasly acts as a payment processor and delivery infrastructure, not as a publisher or guarantor of third-party content. Responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and legality of what is sold rests with the Seller. Kasly may suspend a checkout or an account if it detects fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms.
For any questions about a purchase, you can write to us at support@kasly.digital.
We may update these terms at any time; the date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Changes apply to purchases made after their publication.
If you buy as a consumer from the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence apply to this purchase, regardless of any other clause in these terms.
