This policy explains what information Kasly collects when you buy through a Kasly checkout or use the platform as a Seller, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.

We collect, depending on how you use the platform:

• Contact details you enter at checkout: name, email, and phone number.
• Payment data needed to process the purchase through Stripe. Kasly never stores your full card number.
• Basic technical data (IP address, device type, browser language) generated automatically when you use the site.
• If you're a Seller: your account details, your connected Stripe account, and the products you publish.

• To process your purchase and grant you access to the product.
• To communicate with you about that purchase (confirmation, support, delivery).
• To prevent fraud and protect the platform.
• To comply with legal obligations, such as tax requirements.

We only share your data when it's necessary to provide the service:

• With Stripe, our payment processor, to charge the purchase.
• With the Seller of the product you bought, so they can deliver the content and provide support.
• With infrastructure providers that host the platform.
• With authorities, if required by law or a court order.

We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

If you're in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, object to its use, or request a portable copy of it. You can exercise any of these rights by writing to us at support@kasly.digital.

We use reasonable technical measures (encryption in transit, restricted access) to protect your data. No system is 100% foolproof, but we take reducing that risk seriously.

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes of this policy — for example, for as long as you have active access to a purchased product — or for as long as the law requires us to retain it (such as billing records).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision.
